Looking Down on People

The eager onlookers can rise above most of it, looking down on the unruly
mob which feeds heavily in the approaching twilight before things pick
up and the packs of somewhat unkept bikers swarm about on motorcycles
while looking for strange things to do, and unapproved style of life to partake.
