Electric scooter

Not highly recommended for interstate high travel, but these do make
amusing means of transportation for those who absolutely refuse to
walk under any circumstances. And as far as noise level, this one
is quieter than the bigger brethern which lumber about belching
fumes from the internal combustion engines.
