It's a bit of
the modern day pirate costume which one finds in the dress
of bikers who roam these environs. Black cloth
and leather are the norm. And the attitude of the crossbones is prevelent
amongst a good many factions who
consort in the sweltering exhaust fumes of the big bikes. One has
to have a certain attitude to do it.
